Professional Background:
My work is shaped by experience across business, finance, and the creative industries.
I have worked in banking in London, where performance, pressure, and precision were constant.
I also spent years in the music industry, including owning and operating the Iridium Jazz Club, working closely with musicians and creative professionals.
These environments—structured and creative—continue to inform how I understand people.
Clinical & Personal Approach:
I am trained in clinical mental health counseling and work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective.
My work is also informed by mindfulness, meditation, and Buddhist-based contemplative practice.
This creates an approach that is:
Insight-oriented
Structured
Grounded
Spiritually informed without being abstract
KETAMINE EXPERIENCE
I have worked directly in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through my time at Acheron Psychiatry, under the direction of Dr. Dan Zimmerman.
This included exposure to:
Ketamine dosing protocols
Patient preparation
Clinical support during treatment
Integration work following sessions
PHILOSPHY
You don’t start with the roof.
You start with the foundation.
When the base is unstable, everything above it becomes harder to sustain.
We build from the ground up—deliberately and structurally.
